Due Diligence
Technical and Economical Due Diligence reports, which can include: Market Analysis, Review of Site Location and Environmental Impact, Technical Appraisal, CAPEX and OPEX Estimation, Financial Analysis and Risk, Project Management Strategy, Business Risk Analysis and Business Opportunity Identification, Business Plan.
Feasibility Studies
Feasibility Reports, which can include: Technology, Commercial, Hazard, and Environmental studies to confirm feasibility or identify preferred options. Produce ‘order of magnitude’ capital cost estimates to confirm commercial viability.
Conceptual Engineering
Conceptual Engineering, which can include: Establishment of process engineering concept based on best available technology, and improving cost and schedule estimates for financial assessments and approval.
Front End Engineering Design (FEED) or Basic Engineering
FEED, which can include: Development of process concept up to ‘P&ID’ status, including heat and mass balances, equipment datasheets, HAZOP safety reviews, project QRA’s, plot plans etc., to facilitate accurate cost and schedule estimates.
Detail Design
Detail Design, which can include: Detailed design of the process plant, including procurement specifications for all equipment, and construction drawings for all mechanical, piping, civils, buildings, plus electrical, instrumentation, and control/safety systems.
Process Safety
GSA has extensive experience in delivering process safety and environmental consultancy sevices, including HAZOP studies, SIL/LOPA assessments, ATEX/DSEAR assessments and verifications, Hazardous Area classifications, COMAH safety reports, IPPC applications and relief and dispersion modelling.
